I did receive a coupon for a free tub of Country Crock® Spread but all opinions are my own.
My granddaughter and I made these Chocolate Chip Cookie Drops for a bake sale at church. They are raising money to help send campers to church and since this is the first year my granddaughter will be able to go to church camp, she wanted to help raise money. She also had recently received her very own measuring spoons and wanted to try them out!
First, we gathered the ingredients. She couldn’t wait to break the eggs!
Measuring and putting the flour in the bowl. We managed to do it with minimal mess! Not bad for a 7-year-old.
She also really liked raising and lowering the bowl!
This isn’t my usual recipe, I used the one listed on the Country Crock website for the #MakeItYours campaign. The cookies didn’t “spread” as my usual recipe does, which is why I named them Chocolate Chip Cookie Drops. They have a soft, chewy texture as well. My granddaughter said she liked them but prefers cookies that are “crunchier”.
I did have to cut her off after two cookies so I’m thinking they past the kid taste test.
